Portrait/Character Pottery Planter

May 8 @ 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Portrait/Character Pottery Planter

With Artist/Ceramicist Sarah Pink

In this fun 3.5 hr workshop you will be led by Sarah throughout the process of assembling your planter , adding your portrait/ character and using colours to bring them to life.

You can have a go at a self caricature , someone you love or a fictional character! Then have fun imagining their hair do when you take them home to pop in your chosen plant.

You will leave your planter with us to be glazed and to go through the kiln firing process – ready to collect in a couple of weeks.

There are parking spaces available outside the studio. Please use the allocated parking . There are no entry/ private signs on the drive. No access is permitted beyond this point.

There is one outside toilet currently available for studio use. Due to the unusual nature and age of the farm buildings , we are unfortunately not able to provide disabled toilet facilities. People with limited mobility may find difficulty in accessing the toilet and studio due to access via steps.

There are no convenience shops within quick/ easy walking distance of the Farm. ( Budgens local shop and post office) – 1.2 miles – approx 3 mins by car )

There is a small farm shop next door. You are welcome to bring your own snacks/ lunch/ drinks etc.
